Wow! Don't know what to say to this.......didn't know anything about Opus Dei (accept my brief conversations with Max) so I am a bit blown away. Again, it reaffirms something I've come to realize in the last 10 years---some human beings, for whatever reason, either internal personality type or external influences, are drawn to rigid, structured, authoritarian spaces and ideologies. These types of people are susceptible to be taken advantage of by groups like Opus Dei and especially likely to become leaders in such an organization. It's all so sadly opposite of Jesus' teaching which was about freedom and not control..............
